Khắc phục lỗi "A Problem Is Preventing the Troubleshooter from Starting" trên Windows 10

Windows 10 có nhiều troubleshooter tích hợp, nhưng đôi khi không chạy được, báo lỗi: A Problem Is Preventing The Troubleshooter From Starting.

Nguyên nhân

Thường do file hệ thống Windows 10 bị hỏng/thiếu. Dễ sửa mà không cần cài lại Windows. Nhấn "View error details" để xem chi tiết (ví dụ: package NetworkDiagnosticsWeb, mã lỗi 0x80070057).

10 cách khắc phục

1. Quét lỗi ổ cứng

1. Win → File Explorer → This PC.
2. Chuột phải Local Disk (C:) → Properties.
   
3. Tab Tools → Check (Error checking).
   
4. UAC → Yes → Scan drive.
   
5. Chờ quét xong → Restart → test troubleshooter.

2. Chạy SFC Scan

1. Win → CMD → Run as admin.
   
2. Gõ sfc /scannow → Enter (5-30 phút).
   
3. Nếu thấy "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them" → đã sửa được.
4. Restart → test lại. Vẫn lỗi → cách 3.

3. Kiểm tra vị trí thư mục Temp

Troubleshooter ghi file tạm vào thư mục Temp. Nếu đường dẫn sai → lỗi.

1. Win → File Explorer → chuột phải This PC → Properties.
   
2. Advanced system settings → Environment Variables.
   
3. Double-click biến TEMP → kiểm tra Variable value đường dẫn đúng và tồn tại (copy → dán vào File Explorer để test).
   
4. Nếu sửa → Restart → test troubleshooter.

4. Kiểm tra dung lượng ổ C:

1. File Explorer → This PC → xem Local Disk (C:) còn bao nhiêu.
   
2. Nếu < 5GB: chuột phải C: → Properties → Disk Clean-up → tick mục cần xóa → OK.
   

5. Set Cryptographic Service = Automatic

1. Win → services.msc → Enter.
   
2. Tìm Cryptographic Services → Double-click.
   
3. Startup type: Automatic hoặc Automatic (Delayed Start) → OK.
   
4. Restart.

6. Chạy Windows Update

Microsoft phát hành hotfix sửa lỗi troubleshooter hàng tháng. Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for updates → Install → Restart.

7. Tắt User Account Control (UAC)

1. Win → gõ "user account control" → mở app.
   
2. Kéo thanh trượt xuống Never notify → OK.
   
3. Restart → test troubleshooter. Vẫn lỗi → khôi phục slider cũ.

8. Tắt Antivirus tạm thời

Tắt antivirus → test troubleshooter.

9. Bật Troubleshooter qua Group Policy

1. Win → gpedit.msc.
2. Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Troubleshooting and Diagnostics → Scripted Diagnostics.
3. Enable cả 3 mục.
   
4. Restart.

10. Tắt Auto-detect trong Internet Explorer

1. Mở IE → Cog icon → Internet Options.
   
2. Tab Connections → LAN Settings.
   
3. Bỏ tick Automatically Detect Settings.
   
4. OK → OK → Close IE → test troubleshooter.

11. Thử tài khoản người dùng khác

Tạo user mới (Admin) → đăng nhập → test troubleshooter.

Mã lỗi thường gặp

0x80070490 / 0x8000ffff / 0x80131700: Quét lỗi ổ cứng → SFC → kiểm tra Temp folder → Cryptographic Services = Automatic.

0x80300113 (Internet Troubleshooter): Kiểm tra internet → Cryptographic Services Running/Automatic → IE: tắt Auto-detect → tắt firewall.
