Sửa lỗi: "system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop không khả dụng" trên Windows

Đăng nhập Windows nhưng Desktop trống trơn, không tìm thấy dữ liệu cũ? Lỗi sau hiện ra khiến bạn bối rối: "…system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop" refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location." Bạn không đơn độc.

Lỗi thường xảy ra sau cập nhật Windows hỏng hoặc crash đột ngột. Nguyên nhân từ đơn giản (đường dẫn sai) đến phức tạp (file hệ thống hỏng). Nếu reboot đơn giản không khắc phục, làm theo hướng dẫn để lấy lại Desktop và dữ liệu.

Giải pháp 1: Sửa file hệ thống hỏng

Tải và chạy Restoro quét và khôi phục file hỏng/thiếu tại đây, xong làm theo các phương pháp dưới. Quan trọng: đảm bảo file hệ thống toàn vẹn trước khi tiếp tục.

Giải pháp 2: Khởi động lại Windows Explorer

Lỗi có thể do Windows Explorer không hoạt động tốt. Khởi động lại nó:

1. Nhấn Windows + X.
2. Chọn Task Manager → tab Processes.
3. Tìm và chọn Windows Explorer.
4. Chuột phải → End Task.
5. Di chuột đến File → click Run New Task.
6. Gõ Explorer.exe → Enter.
7. Kiểm tra lỗi còn không.

Giải pháp 3: Đặt lại vị trí Desktop (Reset Desktop Location)

Hệ điều hành có thể không link Desktop đến vị trí mặc định.

1. Giữ Windows + R. Gõ:
   

   C:\Users

   
2. Mở thư mục tên username của bạn. Sẽ có thư mục Desktop. Chuột phải → Properties.
3. Tab Location. Click nút Restore Default → OK. Đóng tất cả và Restart.

Nếu không được, đổi vị trí qua Registry:

1. Windows + R, gõ regedit → Enter. Click Yes nếu UAC cảnh báo.
2. Khung trái: click HKEY_CURRENT_USER mở rộng. Click Software. Điều hướng:
   Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
3. Đảm bảo User Shell Folders được highlight. Khung phải, double-click Desktop. Dưới Value data: giá trị phải là %USERPROFILE%\Desktop HOẶC C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop. Click OK. Đóng Registry Editor. Restart và kiểm tra.

Giải pháp 4: Di chuyển nội dung Profile về vị trí đúng

1. Windows + E mở File Explorer. Copy %windir%\system32\config\systemprofile\, click thanh địa chỉ (address bar) để chỉnh sửa, dán đường dẫn → Enter.
2. Thư mục mở ra. Xóa thư mục Desktop bên trong. Nếu báo "Access denied", lấy ownership thư mục systemprofile trước theo Giải pháp 5 tại đây rồi xóa.
3. Giữ Windows + E. Mở C:. Thư mục Users → mở. Mở thư mục tài khoản của bạn (username/tên).
4. Thấy thư mục Desktop chứa toàn bộ dữ liệu Desktop cũ. Nếu có 2 thư mục Desktop, mở từng cái, xóa cái rỗng hoặc file sai chỗ.
5. Tương tự, nếu thấy thư mục trùng lặp khác, xóa cái rỗng/sai.
6. Chuột phải thư mục Desktop còn lại → Copy.
7. Quay lại %windir%\system32\config\systemprofile\ → Paste thư mục Desktop.
8. Restart máy và kiểm tra. Nếu chưa bình thường, tạo tài khoản mới và chuyển dữ liệu cũ sang. Sang giải pháp 5.

Giải pháp 5: Tạo User Profile mới

Tạo tài khoản mới và chuyển dữ liệu cũ sang. Việc này tự động sửa đường dẫn registry hỏng.

1. Click Start, gõ cmd, chuột phải cmd → Run As Administrator. Trong Command Prompt, gõ và chạy 2 lệnh:
   

net user /add usernamehere passwordhere
net localgroup administrators usernamehere /add

Chỉ dành cho local account. Nhưng có thể chuyển sang Microsoft Account trên Win 8/10 bằng cách dùng app bất kỳ từ Windows Store (sẽ nhắc đăng nhập Microsoft Account). Tùy chọn. Sau đó copy dữ liệu từ profile hỏng:

1. Giữ Windows + E mở Explorer.
2. Win 7: click Organize góc trái → Folder and search options.
3. Tab View. Chọn Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
4. Bỏ tích ô Hide protected operating system files.
5. Xác nhận cảnh báo → OK → đóng tất cả.
6. Win 8/10: tab View → click Options góc phải.
7. Tab View, chọn Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
8. Bỏ tích Hide protected operating system files.
9. Xác nhận cảnh báo → OK → đóng tất cả.
10. Điều hướng C: > Users > Old_Profile (C: = ổ cài Windows, Old_Profile = tên tài khoản Windows cũ).
11. Copy TẤT CẢ file/thư mục TRỪ Ntuser.dat, Ntuser.dat.log, Ntuser.ini.
12. Đến C:\Users\New_Profile (New_Profile = tên tài khoản mới vừa tạo). Paste nội dung vừa copy.
13. Khi chắc chắn dữ liệu đã chuyển, xóa tài khoản cũ qua Add or remove user accounts trong Control Panel.
14. Vấn đề nên hết. Nếu không, comment mô tả tình huống chính xác để được hỗ trợ.
