Khắc Phục Lỗi "dns_probe_started" Trên Chrome: Hướng Dẫn Bước Đi Chi Tiết

Lỗi "dns_probe_started" Là Gì?

Lỗi này xuất hiện khi Chrome không thể giải quyết tên miền (DNS resolution failed). Thường do: DNS server không phản hồi, cache DNS hỏng, router lỗi, hoặc firewall/antivirus chặn.

Các Cách Khắc Phục (Từ Dễ Đến Khó)

1. Khởi Động Lại Chrome

Đóng hoàn toàn Chrome (Kiểm tra Task Manager xem còn process không) → Mở lại. Giải quyết được lỗi tạm thời, glitch nhỏ.

2. Khởi Động Lại Router (Power Cycle)

  • Nhấn nút Power router hoặc rút cáp nguồn → chờ 30 giây → cắm lại/bật lại.
  • Hoặc vào trang quản trị router (thường 192.168.1.1 hoặc 192.168.0.1) → tab Maintenance/Administration → Reboot.

3. Dùng Troubleshooter Kết Nối Mạng Windows

  1. Settings (Win+I) → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters.
  2. Chọn Internet Connections → Run the troubleshooter.
  3. Làm theo hướng dẫn sửa lỗi tự động.

4. Flush DNS Cache & Renew IP (Hiệu Quả Cao)

Mở Command Prompt (Admin) → chạy lần lượt:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Xóa cache DNS cũ, xin IP mới từ DHCP. Sau đó test Chrome.

5. Thay Đổi DNS Server Sang Google/Cloudflare (Rất Hiệu Quả)

  1. Settings → Network & Internet → Change adapter options.
  2. Chuột phải card mạng đang dùng → Properties.
  3. Chọn Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties.
  4. Tick Use the following DNS server addresses:

Google Public DNS: Preferred: 8.8.8.8 — Alternate: 8.8.4.4

Cloudflare DNS (nhanh hơn, riêng tư hơn): Preferred: 1.1.1.1 — Alternate: 1.0.0.1

Nhấn OK → Test Chrome.

6. Tạm Tắt Antivirus & Firewall Windows

Đôi khi Real-time protection hoặc Firewall chặn truy vấn DNS.

  1. Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → tắt Real-time protection.
  2. Firewall & network protection → Domain/Private/Public network → tắt Microsoft Defender Firewall.
  3. Test Chrome. Nếu vào được → thêm exception cho Chrome/DNS trong antivirus/firewall.
  4. QUAN TRỌNG: Bật lại bảo vệ ngay sau khi test xong!

7. Cập Nhật Driver Card Mạng

  1. Chuột phải Start → Device Manager.
  2. Mở rộng Network adapters → chuột phải card mạng (Wi-Fi/Ethernet) → Update driver.
  3. Chọn Search automatically for drivers.

  1. Thử web khác → nếu chỉ 1 site lỗi → lỗi phía server site đó.
  2. Thử trình duyệt khác (Edge, Firefox) → nếu OK → lỗi Chrome (clear cache, reset Chrome).
