Lỗi Zoom Error Code 10002 khi cập nhật Zoom trên Windows/Mac. Nguyên nhân: Installer không tìm thấy file nguồn, antivirus chặn, glitch nhỏ, thiếu quyền admin, cache hỏng, file client lỗi...
1. Force Close & Mở Lại Zoom
Khắc phục glitch tạm thời.
Windows
- Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Zoom Meetings → End task.
- Mở lại Zoom từ Start.
macOS
- Option + Command + Esc → Chọn Zoom → Force Quit.
- Mở lại Zoom.
2. Chạy Zoom Quyền Administrator (Chỉ Windows)
- Start → Tìm Zoom → Chuột phải → Run as administrator → Yes (UAC).
3. Tạm Tắt Antivirus
Zoom khuyến cáo: Antivirus có thể quarantine file update.
Windows Defender
- Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings.
- Tắt Real-time protection → Yes.
- Cập nhật Zoom → Bật lại Real-time protection.
4. Cấp Full Disk Access Cho Zoom (macOS)
- Apple menu → System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Tab Privacy.
- Chọn Full Disk Access → Tick Zoom (mở khóa candado nếu cần).
- Mở Zoom cập nhật.
5. Kiểm Tra Zoom Có Đang Sập Server Không
Kiểm tra status.zoom.us hoặc Downdetector. Nếu server down → Chờ phục hồi.
6. Xóa Cache Zoom
Windows
- Windows + R →
%appdata%\Zoom→ Enter. - Chuột phải thư mục data → Delete.
- Mở Zoom.
macOS
- Finder → Cmd+Shift+G →
/Library/Application Support/zoom.us. - Xóa thư mục data → Mở Zoom.
7. Cập Nhật Thủ Công (Manual Update)
- Vào zoom.us/download → Tải bản mới nhất.
- Chạy file cài → Cập nhật → Mở Zoom.
8. Gỡ Cài Đặt Hoàn Toàn & Cài Lại
Windows
- Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Zoom → 3 chấm → Uninstall → Xác nhận.
- Restart PC → Tải cài lại từ zoom.us/download.
macOS
- Finder → Applications → Chuột phải Zoom → Move to Trash.
- Tải cài lại từ zoom.us/download.
Kết Luận
Lỗi 10002 thường do: glitch tạm (restart fix), thiếu quyền admin (Windows), antivirus chặn, cache hỏng, server Zoom down. Thử lần lượt: Force close → Run as Admin → Tắt AV → Full Disk Access (Mac) → Check server status → Xóa cache → Manual update → Reinstall. Một trong số này chắc chắn khắc phục được.
