- Tải trực tiếp Windows 10 ISO hoặc dùng Media Creation Tool (MCT)
1. Chạy Windows Update Troubleshooter
Điều đầu tiên khi gặp lỗi Windows Update: chạy công cụ khắc phục sự cố tích hợp sẵn.
2. Reset Windows Update Components thủ công
Có thể do file hệ thống bị hỏng. Mở Command Prompt quyền Admin, chạy lần lượt các lệnh sau để dừng dịch vụ:
net stop bits net stop wuauserv net stop appidsvc net stop cryptsvc
Xóa file qmgr*.dat:
Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
(Nhấn Y xác nhận nếu được hỏi)
Đổi tên thư mục SoftwareDistribution và catroot2:
Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
Reset BITS và Windows Update service về security descriptor mặc định:
sc.exe sdset bits D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU) sc.exe sdset wuauserv D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
Chuyển đến System32 và đăng ký lại DLL:

Reset cấu hình mạng:
netsh winsock reset netsh winsock reset proxy
Khởi động lại các dịch vụ đã dừng:
net start bits net start wuauserv net start appidsvc net start cryptsvc Exit
Khởi động lại máy tính. Nếu vẫn lỗi, thử cách tiếp theo.
Mẹo: Có thể dùng Reset Windows Update Components Tool tự động.
3. Kiểm tra trạng thái dịch vụ Windows Update
Mở Services (services.msc) > đảm bảo các dịch vụ sau không bị Disabled:
- Windows Update Service – Manual (Triggered)
- Windows Update Medic Services – Manual
- Cryptographic Services – Automatic
- Background Intelligent Transfer Service – Manual
- Windows Installer – Manual
Ví dụ bật BITS: services.msc > tìm Windows Update > double-click > Startup type: Automatic > Apply/OK. Làm tương tự các dịch vụ khác.
4. Chạy DISM sửa chữa thành phần Windows Update
DISM có thể sửa file Windows Update bị hỏng. Nếu client Windows Update đã hỏng, dùng lệnh:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess
Thay C:\RepairSource\Windows bằng vị trí source sửa chữa thực tế. Log lưu tại %windir%/Logs/CBS/CBS.log.
5. Tải Windows 10 ISO hoặc dùng Media Creation Tool
Tải ISO từ trang Microsoft, mount (gán ảo) ISO, chạy setup.exe để nâng cấp tại chỗ (in-place upgrade). Hoặc dùng Windows 10 Update Assistant.
