Khi dùng EFS (Encrypting File System) mã hóa thư mục, Windows mặc định tự động mã hóa mọi tệp/thư mục không mã hóa được kéo thả vào đó. Một số người muốn tắt hành vi này.
Lưu ý: EFS chỉ có trên Windows 10 Pro, Education, Enterprise.
Tắt tự động mã hóa tệp di chuyển vào thư mục EFS trong Windows 10
Tạo điểm khôi phục trước khi bắt đầu.
Cách 1: Qua Group Policy Editor
- Win + R >
gpedit.msc> Enter. - Đến: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System.
- Double-click policy: Do not automatically encrypt files moved to encrypted folders.
- Cấu hình:
- Bật auto-encrypt (mặc định): Not Configured hoặc Disabled
- Tắt auto-encrypt: Enabled
- OK > đóng Group Policy Editor.
Cách 2: Qua Registry Editor
- Win + R >
regedit> Enter. - Đến:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer - Chuột phải Explorer > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value > tên
NoEncryptOnMove. - Double-click > Value data = 1 (tắt auto-encrypt) > OK.
- Bật lại auto-encrypt: Chuột phải NoEncryptOnMove > Delete.
- Đóng Registry > reboot.
