Khôi phục registry Winsock thiếu để sửa lỗi kết nối mạng

Nếu bạn gặp thông báo lỗi như trên, nguyên nhân chính là các registry entry của Windows Sockets (Winsock) đã bị hỏng. Windows Sockets (Winsock) là giao diện lập trình quản lý yêu cầu mạng đến/đi trên Windows. Bạn thường không thấy lỗi này cho đến khi chạy Network Troubleshooter, và không thể truy cập internet do lỗi:

One or more network protocols are missing on this computer
Windows Sockets registry entries required for network connectivity are missing.

Khắc phục lỗi "Windows sockets registry entries required for network connectivity are missing"

Hãy tạo điểm khôi phục hệ thống, phòng trường hợp có sự cố.

Cách 1: Reset các thành phần Winsock

  1. Mở Command Prompt (tìm cmd, Enter).
  2. Chạy lần lượt, Enter sau mỗi lệnh:
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /renew
  3. Mở lại Admin Command Prompt, chạy lần lượt:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    nbtstat –r
    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock reset
  4. Khởi động lại máy. Flush DNS thường khắc phục được lỗi này.

Cách 2: Chạy Network Troubleshooter

  1. Windows + I → Settings → Update & Security.
  2. Bên trái chọn Troubleshoot.
  3. Chọn Internet Connections → Run the troubleshooter.
  4. Làm theo hướng dẫn trên màn hình.
  5. Khởi động lại máy.

Cách 3: Xóa registry entry Winsock và cài lại TCP/IP

  1. Windows + R, nhập regedit, Enter.
  2. Điều hướng: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinSock2
  3. Chuột phải WinSock2 → Export. Chọn vị trí an toàn → Save.
    Lưu ý: Đã backup khóa registry WinSock phòng sự cố.
  4. Chuột phải WinSock2 registry key → Delete.
  5. Điều hướng: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock
  6. Lặp lại bước 3-4 cho khóa Winsock.
  7. Windows + R, nhập ncpa.cpl, Enter mở Network Connections.
  8. Chuột phải Local Area Connection hoặc Ethernet → Properties.
  9. Cửa sổ Properties, nhấp Install.
  10. Cửa sổ "Select Network Feature Type", chọn Protocol → Add.
  11. Nhấp "Have Disk..." trên cửa sổ Select Network Protocol.
  12. Ô "Copy manufacturer's files from", nhập: C:\Windows\inf → Enter.
  13. Cửa sổ Select Network Protocol, chọn Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) – Tunnels → OK.
  14. Đóng tất cả, khởi động lại máy.

Nếu gặp lỗi sau khi làm các bước trên:

Could not add the requested feature. The error is: This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator.

  1. Tải file registry Windows Socket và import vào Registry Editor:
    Download WinSock Registry File
    Download WinSock2 Registry File
  2. Chuột phải file registry tải về → Run as Administrator.
  3. Nhấp Yes → khởi động lại máy.
  4. Lặp lại các bước trên để xem có khắc phục được không.

Cách 4: Dùng Google DNS

Có thể dùng Google DNS thay vì DNS mặc định của ISP hoặc nhà sản xuất card mạng. Điều này đảm bảo DNS trình duyệt dùng không liên quan đến lỗi video YouTube không load. Thực hiện:

  1. Chuột phải biểu tượng network (LAN) khay tác vụ → Open Network & Internet Settings.
  2. App Settings mở ra, bên phải nhấp Change adapter options.
  3. Chuột phải mạng muốn cấu hình → Properties.
  4. Chọn Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4) → Properties.
  5. Tab General, chọn 'Use the following DNS server addresses', nhập:
    Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
    Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
  6. OK để lưu.
  7. Khởi động lại, kiểm tra.

Cách 5: Tắt IPv6

  1. Chuột phải biểu tượng WiFi khay hệ thống → Open Network and Sharing Center.
  2. Nhấp kết nối hiện tại mở Settings.
    Lưu ý: Nếu không kết nối được mạng, dùng cáp Ethernet rồi làm bước này.
  3. Nhấp nút Properties.
  4. Bỏ tích Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IP).
  5. OK → Close, khởi động lại.

Cách 6: Tắt Proxy

  1. Windows + R, nhập inetcpl.cpl, Enter mở Internet Properties.
  2. Tab Connections → LAN settings.
  3. Bỏ tích Use a Proxy Server for your LAN, đảm bảo "Automatically detect settings" được tích.
  4. OK → Apply, khởi động lại.

Cách 7: Cài lại driver Network Adapter

  1. Windows + R, nhập devmgmt.msc, Enter.
  2. Mở rộng Network adapters, chuột phải WiFi adapter → Uninstall.
  3. Xác nhận Uninstall.
  4. Chuột phải Network Adapters → Scan for hardware changes.
  5. Khởi động lại, Windows tự cài driver mặc định.

Cách 8: Khởi động lại Router

Nếu router cấu hình sai, bạn có thể không truy cập internet dù đã kết nối WiFi. Nhấn nút Refresh/Reset trên router, hoặc vào settings router tìm tùy chọn reset.

  1. Tắt router/modem, rút nguồn điện.
  2. Đợi 10-20 giây, cắm lại nguồn.
  3. Bật router, thử kết nối lại thiết bị.

Cách 9: Tắt rồi bật lại Network Adapter

  1. Windows + R, nhập ncpa.cpl, Enter.
  2. Chuột phải wireless adapter → Disable.
  3. Chuột phải lại adapter đó → Enable.
  4. Khởi động lại, thử kết nối lại WiFi.
