Khắc phục Outlook không lưu mật khẩu trên Windows 10/11 (hỏi mật khẩu liên tục)

Vấn đề: Outlook liên tục bật cửa sổ nhập mật khẩu dù đã tick Remember password / Save password. Thường xảy ra sau cập nhật Windows/Office, do lỗi registry hoặc cấu hình AutoDiscover.

Giải pháp nhanh: Registry Hack (Hiệu quả cao)

⚠ Cảnh báo: Sửa Registry sai có thể gây lỗi hệ thống. Hãy tạo System Restore Point trước khi làm.

1. Win+R → regedit → Enter
2. Điều hướng khóa:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover
   (Nếu không thấy thư mục AutoDiscover → Right-click Outlook → New → Key → Đặt tên AutoDiscover)
3. Bên phải (pane right) → Right-click khoảng trống → New → DWORD (32-bit) Value
4. Tên: ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint
5. Double-click → Value data: 1 → OK
6. Đóng Registry Editor → Khởi động lại Outlook

Giải thích: Giá trị này hướng Outlook bỏ qua endpoint Office 365 tường minh trong quy trình AutoDiscover, khắc phục vòng lặp xác thực gây hỏi mật khẩu liên tục.

Các giải pháp bổ sung

1. Xóa Credential Manager cache

1. Control Panel → Credential Manager → Windows Credentials
2. Tìm các entry liên quan đến Outlook, Office, MicrosoftOffice16, tên miền email (outlook.com, company.com)
3. Click từng entry → Remove
4. Khởi động lại Outlook → Nhập lại mật khẩu → Tick Remember

2. Tạo lại Profile Outlook

1. Control Panel → Mail (Microsoft Outlook) → Show Profiles
2. Add → Đặt tên profile mới → Cấu hình tài khoản email
3. Chọn Always use this profile → Chọn profile mới → OK
4. Khởi động Outlook với profile mới

3. Cập nhật Office và Windows

File → Office Account → Update Options → Update Now. Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates.

4. Kiểm tra Antivirus / Firewall

Tạm tắt để test. Nếu là nguyên nhân → Cấu hình exclusion cho Outlook và thư mục %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook.

5. Repair Office

Settings → Apps → Microsoft 365/Office → Modify → Quick Repair / Online Repair.

Lưu ý: Cập nhật Windows 10 đôi khi xóa cached credentials. Registry hack ở trên thường khắc phục triệt để.
