Lỗi Windows Update 0x8007010b
Nếu gặp lỗi, thử các cách sau:
- Chạy DISM.
- Chạy Windows Update Troubleshooter.
- Tải và cài đặt cập nhật thủ công.
- Reset các thành phần Windows Update.
Cần quyền Admin để áp dụng.
1. Chạy DISM
DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) sửa file hệ thống hỏng dùng Windows Image có sẵn. Mở CMD/PowerShell Admin, chạy lần lượt:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Cho đủ thời gian hoàn tất. Switch cuối sửa hỏng file hệ thống như thư mục không hợp lệ.
2. Chạy Windows Update Troubleshooter
Windows có troubleshooter tích hợp sửa lỗi cập nhật phổ biến.
- Win + I mở Settings.
- Update and Security > Troubleshoot.
- Chọn Windows Update troubleshoot > Run the Troubleshooter.
Sau khi wizard xong, thử cập nhật lại.
3. Tải và cài đặt cập nhật thủ công
Nếu không cập nhật được tự động, tải bản cập nhật từ trang Microsoft Download Center hoặc Microsoft Update Catalog, cài như phần mềm bình thường. Cũng có WSUS Offline Update để cập nhật offline.
4. Reset cache Windows Update
Windows Update gồm nhiều thành phần: BITS, Windows Update Service, Cryptographic Services, Application Identity Service. Nếu thành phần nào lỗi, cập nhật sẽ fail. Nên reset toàn bộ thành phần – tham khảo hướng dẫn chi tiết.
Tóm tắt các bước:
- Dừng các dịch vụ Windows Update Component.
- Xóa file qmgr*.dat.
- Đổi tên thư mục SoftwareDistribution và catroot2.
- Reset BITS service và Windows Update service về security descriptor mặc định.
- Đăng ký lại file BITS và DLL liên quan Windows Update.
- Xóa giá trị Registry sai.
- Reset Winsock.
