Khắc Phục Lỗi Windows Update 0x80070015 Trên Windows 10/11

Lỗi 0x80070015 chặn cài đặt cập nhật Windows. Thông báo: Updates failed… Error 0x80070015.

Nguyên Nhân

  • Dịch vụ Diagnostic Policy Service không chạy (chủ yếu).
  • Thành phần Windows Update corrupt.
  • Malware/rác hệ thống.
  • File CBS.Log corrupt.

Chuẩn Bị

  • Tắt tạm AV/Firewall.
  • Dọn rác (Outbyte PC Repair).
  • Chạy SFC: CMD Admin → sfc /scannow.
  • Restart máy.

4 Fix Hiệu Quả

Fix 1: Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. Tìm Troubleshooting → Control Panel.
  2. System and Security → Fix problems with Windows Update.
  3. Advanced → Apply repairs automatically → Run as administrator.

Fix 2: Reset Windows Update Components (PowerShell Admin)

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

Chạy từng lệnh, Enter. Sau đó check Windows Update.

Fix 3: Đổi Tên File CBS.Log

  1. File Explorer → C:\WINDOWS\Logs\CBS.
  2. Đổi tên CBS.Log → CBS.Log.old.
  3. Nếu không đổi được: services.msc → Windows Modules Installer → Startup type = Manual → Apply → Restart → đổi tên → đổi lại Startup type gốc.

Fix 4: Khởi Động Lại Diagnostic Policy Service

  1. CMD Admin chạy:
net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
exit
  1. Restart máy.
  2. services.msc → Diagnostic Policy Service → nếu Stopped → Properties → Start.

Làm theo thứ tự cho đến khi thành công.
