Khắc phục lỗi mất icon Taskbar/Start Menu trên Windows 10

Taskbar và Start Menu là trung tâm điều khiển Windows 10. Khi mất icon, treo hoặc không phản hồi, công việc bị gián đoạn nghiêm trọng. Dưới đây 7 giải pháp từ nhẹ đến nặng.

1. Chạy System File Checker (SFC) và DISM

  1. Win+R → taskmgr → File → Run new task → gõ powershell → tích Create this task with administrative privileges → OK.
  2. Trong PowerShell admin: sfc /scannow → đợi xong.
  3. Nếu báo "unable to fix", chạy: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth → Restart.

2. Cài lại tất cả ứng dụng Windows (Re-register AppX)

  1. Mở PowerShell Admin (như bước 1).
  2. Chạy lệnh:
    Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  3. Restart máy.

3. Cập nhật Windows 10 mới nhất

  1. Win+S → "Windows Update" → Check for updates → cài đặt → Restart.

4. Khởi động lại Windows Explorer

  1. Ctrl+Shift+Esc → Task Manager → tab Processes.
  2. Tìm Windows Explorer → chuột phải → Restart.

5. Đăng ký lại Taskbar (Re-register) + xóa TileDataLayer

  1. Mở PowerShell Admin → chạy lại lệnh Get-AppxPackage... (bước 2).
  2. Mở File Explorer → C:\Users\\AppData\Local\.
  3. Tìm thư mục TileDataLayer → xóa (nếu bị chiếm dụng: Win+R → services.msc → dừng Tile Data model server → xóa).
  4. Restart.

6. Tạo tài khoản người dùng mới

Tài khoản cũ có thể bị lỗi UAC/profile.

  1. Settings → Accounts → Family & other users → Add someone else to this PC.
  2. Chọn "I don't have this person's sign-in info" → "Add a user without a Microsoft account".
  3. Tạo local account → đăng nhập → chuyển sang Microsoft account nếu muốn → xóa tài khoản cũ.

7. Repair/Reset Windows 10 (nâng cấp tại chỗ)

Backup dữ liệu → dùng Media Creation Tool tạo USB cài Windows 10 → boot → chọn Upgrade this PC now → giữ file/cài đặt. Xem hướng dẫn chi tiết "Repair Windows 10 in-place upgrade".
