Sửa lỗi quyền đăng nhập Remote Desktop Services trên Windows Server 2016
Lỗi: "To sign in remotely, you need the right to sign in through Remote Desktop Services. By default members of the Administrators group have this right..." khi kết nối RDP đến Terminal Server 2016.
Bước 1: Thêm user vào nhóm Remote Desktop Users
- Mở Server Manager.
- Tools → Active Directory Users and Computers.
* Nếu RD Session Host không trên Domain Controller: dùng "Local Users and Groups" hoặc tab "Remote" trong System Properties.
- Double-click domain bên trái → chọn Builtin.
- Mở Remote Desktop Users bên phải.
- Tab Members → Add.
- Nhập user AD cần cấp quyền truy cập RDP → OK.
- OK để đóng cửa sổ → chuyển Bước 2.
Bước 2: Cho phép đăng nhập qua Remote Desktop Services (Group Policy)
- Win + R →
gpedit.msc→ Enter.
- Điều hướng: Computer Configuration → Windows Settings → Security Settings → Local Policies → User Rights Assignment.
- Bên phải: Double-click Allow log on through Remote Desktop Services.
- Nhấn Add User or Group.
- Gõ remote → Check Names.
- Chọn Remote Desktop Users → OK.
- OK tại cửa sổ "Select users, computers...".
- OK lần nữa và đóng Group Policy Editor.
- Thử kết nối từ RDP Client. Vấn đề nên đã giải quyết.
* Nếu vẫn lỗi: Restart RDS Server hoặc CMD Admin chạy gpupdate /force.
Giải pháp bổ sung (từ Jeff Flora): Nếu chưa xong, trong Group Policy Editor:
a. Đến User Rights Assignment.
b. Mở policy Deny log on through Remote Desktop Services → Remove group Users.
c. Đóng Editor → chạygpupdate /force.
