Khi cắm USB vào Windows 11/10, bạn nhận thông báo: The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it. Bài viết tổng hợp các cách khắc phục theo thứ tự ưu tiên.
Các giải pháp theo thứ tự
1. Khởi động lại máy
Rút USB → Restart máy → cắm lại. Nếu chưa được, tắt máy hoàn toàn, chờ vài phút → bật lại.
2. Ngắt các USB khác
Tránh xung đột: rút tất cả USB khác, chỉ cắm USB đang lỗi.
3. Quét thay đổi phần cứng
Chạy devmgmt.msc mở Device Manager → tab Action → Scan for hardware changes.
4. Cập nhật driver
Mở Control Panel > Printers and devices. Tìm Unidentified USB device hoặc Unknown Device → Properties → Update driver.
5. Tắt tiết kiệm năng lượng cho USB Root Hub
Device Manager → USB Root Hub Properties → bỏ tick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
6. Chạy Troubleshooter
Chạy Hardware and Device Troubleshooter hoặc Windows USB Troubleshooter để tự động phát hiện/sửa lỗi.
7. Hotfix cho Windows 8/8.1/Server 2012
Nếu dùng các phiên bản này, lỗi có thể do cổng USB bị vô hiệu hóa sau khi tháo an toàn. Tải hotfix từ KB2830154.
8. Nếu là USB 3.0
