Thiết bị Bluetooth không hiển thị, không ghép nối hoặc kết nối trên Windows 11/10

Nếu Bluetooth không phát hiện thiết bị, không ghép nối (pairing) hoặc không kết nối được (chuột, bàn phím, tai nghe), hãy thử các bước sau:

Khắc phục sự cố Bluetooth

1. Chạy Hardware and Device Troubleshooter:
   • Win+R > msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic > làm theo hướng dẫn.
2. Khởi động lại Bluetooth Support Service:
   • Win+R > services.msc > tìm Bluetooth Support Service > Restart.
   • Double-click > Startup type: Automatic.
3. Bật Bluetooth Audio Service:
   • Control Panel > Devices and Printers > chuột phải thiết bị Bluetooth (speaker/headphone) > Properties > tab Services.
   • Tích Audio Sink, Hands-free Telephony, Remote Control > Apply.
4. Cập nhật driver Bluetooth:
   • Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) > Bluetooth > chuột phải adapter > Update driver.
   • Hoặc Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates > cài driver Bluetooth nếu có.

Các mẹo bổ sung

• Chế độ ghép nối (Pairing mode): Giữ nút pairing trên thiết bị cho đèn nhấp nháy theo mẫu đặc biệt, sau đó bật Bluetooth trên laptop > Add device.
• Buộc ghép nối lại: Xóa thiết bị đã ghép khỏi danh sách Bluetooth > ghép nối lại.
• Máy tính tự kết nối thiết bị khác: Tắt thiết bị không muốn kết nối hoặc ngắt kết nối Bluetooth trên laptop.
