Dynamic System Updates (DSU) là tính năng giới thiệu cùng Android 10 cho phép load và chạy system image Android mới như guest OS trên thiết bị. Nó incredibly useful khi bạn muốn thử version Android tiếp theo hoặc test stock Android experience không wipe system hiện tại.
Nếu bạn advanced Android user, bạn có thể load Generic System Image (GSI) dùng DSU Loader feature native trên nhiều Android phone. Hãy xem cách làm.
Cách Dùng DSU Loader Android Cài GSI
GSI là stock Android ROM cài được trên bất kỳ Android phone nào hỗ trợ Project Treble. Với DSU Loader, bạn chạy GSI không wipe existing system software.
DSU Loader có sẵn Android 11+ là tool trong developer settings giúp setup và manage GSI solely qua system UI. Bạn cũng dùng ADB và Fastboot cài GSI, nhưng phương pháp này đơn giản hơn nhiều.
Thật tiếc, availability DSU feature phụ thuộc device manufacturer.
Google enable DSU Loader mọi device từ Pixel 3, Samsung không offer. Manufacturer khác ship feature: Xiaomi, Nothing, Sony, OnePlus, và hơn. Hướng dẫn này cũng giúp check device có DSU Loader không.
Bước 1: Bật Developer Options Trên Thiết Bị
Mặc định, DSU Loader không accessible cho đến khi bật developer options. Làm vậy: launch Settings app, mở About phone, cuộn xuống Build number, tap liên tục cho đến khi thấy confirmation message.
Bước 2: Tải GSI Ưu Chuộng Dùng DSU Loader
Đầu tiên, đảm bảo device connected internet. Tiếp, vào Settings > System > Developer options, cuộn đến DSU Loader, tap để search tất cả GSI supported cho device.
Từ Select DSU Package pop-up kết quả, chọn GSI muốn cài. Nếu thích GSI có Google apps, chọn cái có từ GMS.
Tap Agree chấp nhận terms of service, GSI bắt đầu tải. Nếu device secured bằng PIN, pattern, password, nhập để authorize download.
Monitor download process qua Dynamic System Updates notification. Kiên nhẫn download và install hoàn tất. Progress phụ thuộc internet speed.
Bước 3: Khởi Động Lại Thiết Bị Để Boot GSI
Khi install xong, DSU notification cho hai option, Discard và Restart. Nếu đổi ý load GSI đã tải, tap Discard. Để boot vào system image vừa cài, tap Restart trên notification.
Khi device reboot, bạn load vào GSI system như guest OS. Bạn look around, test feature of interest, hơn. Nhớ không phải feature nào cũng chạy như stock system và data lưu sẽ mất sau reboot.
Bạn dùng DSU system bao lâu tùy thích, xong explore, dùng bước sau revert về system gốc device.
Bước 4: Chuyển Về System Gốc Thiết Bị
Sau khi xong explore system mới, lúc revert về cái trước trên device. Làm vậy: pull down notification panel, tap Restart trên Dynamic System Updates notification. Tùy chọn, reboot device dùng Power key.
Bạn đã dùng thành công DSU Loader cài và test GSI trên Android 11+ device. Một lưu ý: có instance cần unlock bootloader device để boot DSU image. Nếu case đó cho device, follow hướng dẫn toàn diện unlock Android bootloader.
Cài Android GSIs Dễ Dàng Dùng DSU Loader
DSU Loader là feature làm flash GSI đơn giản không cần knowledge thêm. Loại bỏ probability mess với device, như case dùng ADB và Fastboot conventional flash Android GSI builds. Google tiếp tục improve feature và chỉ hy vọng all OEM jump on bandwagon.
