Dù có Chrome, Edge, Firefox... nhưng nhiều người vẫn dùng Internet Explorer. Bookmark trong IE gọi là Favorites. Nhiều người gặp lỗi Favorites bị mất/biến mất. Nguyên nhân có thể do phần mềm thứ 3 xung đột, đường dẫn thư mục Favorites bị đổi, hoặc registry hỏng.
Khắc phục Favorites missing in Internet Explorer trên Windows 10
Tạo điểm khôi phục hệ thống trước khi thực hiện.
Phương pháp 1: Khôi phục chức năng thư mục Favorites
- Windows + R → gõ
%userprofile%→ Enter. - Kiểm tra xem có thư mục Favorites không.
- Nếu không có: chuột phải vùng trống → New > Folder → đặt tên Favorites.
- Chuột phải Favorites → Properties.
- Tab Location → Restore Default.
- Apply → OK → reboot.
Phương pháp 2: Sửa Registry
- Windows + R → regedit → Enter.
- Đến khóa:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders - Chọn Shell Folders → bên phải chuột phải Favorites → Modify.
- Value data:
%userprofile%\Favorites→ Enter. - Đóng Registry Editor → reboot.
Phương pháp 3: System Restore
- Windows + R → sysdm.cpl → Enter.
- Tab System Protection → System Restore.
- Chọn điểm khôi phục → Next → làm theo hướng dẫn.
