Khắc phục lỗi SFC /SCANNOW không sửa được file hỏng Windows 10/8/7

Sửa lỗi "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"

Lỗi này xuất hiện khi chạy sfc /scannow để sửa file hệ thống: "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log"

Phương pháp 1: Kiểm tra và sửa lỗi ổ cứng (CHKDSK)

1. Mở CMD với quyền Admin.
2. Chạy: chkdsk /R → Enter.

* Lưu ý: Sẽ yêu cầu reboot nếu kiểm tra ổ hệ thống (C:). Mặc định check ổ C:. Để check ổ khác (ví dụ E:), gõ E: → Enter → chạy lại lệnh.

Phương pháp 2: Sửa lỗi bằng DISM (System Update Readiness Tool)

Windows 7, Vista, Server 2008:

1. Tải công cụ System Update Readiness tool phù hợp phiên bản Windows.
2. Cài đặt file .msu đã tải.
3. Restart máy.
4. CMD Admin → chạy sfc /scannow.

Windows 10, 8, 8.1, Server 2012:

1. Chuột phải nút Start → Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Chạy: Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

3. Đợi DISM sửa component store (thông báo "component store corruption was repaired").

4. Tiếp tục chạy: sfc /scannow.

Phương pháp 3: Chạy SFC trong Safe Mode

1. Win + R → msconfig → Enter.
2. Tab Boot → tích Safe Boot → OK → Restart.

* Sau khi xong: Mở msconfig lại, bỏ tích "Safe Boot" để vào Windows bình thường.

5. CMD Admin → chạy sfc /scannow.

Phương pháp 5: Xem chi tiết log SFC (CBS.LOG)

1. CMD Admin.
2. Chạy lệnh:
   findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
3. Mở file sfcdetails.txt trên Desktop bằng Notepad để xem file nào bị hỏng và thay thế bản tốt.
