Khắc Phục Lỗi "An Error Occurred While Loading The Troubleshooter" Trên Windows 10 & 11

Gặp thông báo "An error occurred while loading the troubleshooter" khi mở trình khắc phục sự cố? Thường do cập nhật Windows gần đây, service bị tắt, file hệ thống hỏng, hoặc malware. Dưới đây là các giải pháp theo thứ tự ưu tiên.

1. Chạy Troubleshooter Từ Settings App

Cách tốt nhất khi không mở được từ nơi khác.

Windows 11

  1. Windows + I → System → Troubleshoot → Other troubleshooters.
  2. Nhấn Run bên cạnh troubleshooter cần dùng.

Windows 10

  1. Windows + I → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters.
  2. Chọn troubleshooter → Run the troubleshooter.

2. Khởi Động Lại Các Windows Service Cần Thiết

Troubleshooter cần các service sau chạy mới hoạt động.

  1. Windows + R → services.msc → Enter.
  2. Tìm từng service sau → Chuột phải → Start (hoặc Restart nếu đang chạy):
  • Wired AutoConfig
  • Cryptographic Services
  • Background Intelligent Transfer Service
  • Windows Installer
  • Windows Update
  1. Đóng Services, thử mở troubleshooter lại.

3. Sửa File Hệ Thống Hỏng (SFC & DISM)

7. Khôi Phục Hệ Thống (System Restore)

Quay lại điểm khôi phục trước khi lỗi xảy ra.

  1. Tìm "Recovery" trong Start → Mở → Open System Restore.
  2. Next → Chọn restore point gần nhất → Next → Finish.

8. Reset Windows (Giữ File Cá Nhân)

Windows 11

  1. Windows + I → System → Recovery → Reset PC → Keep my files.

Windows 10

  1. Windows + I → Update & Security → Recovery → Get started → Keep my files.
