Xóa tab Compatibility khỏi Properties file Windows 10: Tab Compatibility cho chạy phần mềm cũ trên Windows mới (compatibility mode), cung cấp: Chương trình khắc phục sự cố tương thích, chế độ màu giảm, ghi đè DPI cao, tắt tối ưu toàn màn hình, chạy với quyền Admin. Truy cập: chuột phải file shortcut → Properties → tab Compatibility.
Có thể ẩn tab này hoàn toàn để ngăn người khác thay đổi cài đặt tương thích phần mềm. Hướng dẫn 2 cách dưới đây.
Ẩn tab Compatibility khỏi Properties file Windows 10
Lưu ý: Tạo điểm khôi phục hệ thống trước khi thực hiện.
Phương pháp 1: Qua Registry Editor
- Windows + R → regedit → Enter.
- Điều hướng:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows - Chuột phải Windows → Mới (New) → Key → tên AppCompat → Enter.
- Chuột phải AppCompat → Mới → DWORD (32-bit) Value.
- Đặt tên: DisablePropPage → Enter.
- Double-click DisablePropPage → giá trị 1 → OK. (Tab Compatibility sẽ biến mất).
- Để bật lại: chuột phải AppCompat → Xóa (Delete).
- Đóng Registry Editor → reboot.
Phương pháp 2: Qua Group Policy Editor
Lưu ý: Không dùng được trên Windows 10 Home.
- Windows + R → gpedit.msc → Enter.
- Điều hướng:
Cấu hình máy tính > Mẫu quản trị > Thành phần Windows > Khả năng tương thích ứng dụng (Application Compatibility) - Chọn Application Compatibility → double-click "Xóa trang thuộc tính tương thích chương trình" (Remove Program Compatibility Property Page).
- Cấu hình:
- Ẩn tab Compatibility: Đã bật (Enabled)
- Hiện tab Compatibility: Chưa cấu hình (Not Configured) hoặc Đã tắt (Disabled)
- Apply → OK.
- Reboot.
