Cách cập nhật các sản phẩm Microsoft khác qua Windows Update

Windows Update không chỉ cập nhật Windows, còn có thể cập nhật Office và các phần mềm Microsoft khác nếu bật tùy chọn "Receive updates for other Microsoft products".

Bật qua Settings

Windows 11

  1. Chuột phải Start > Settings.
  2. Tab Windows Update (bên trái) > Advanced options.
  3. Bật công tắc Receive updates for other Microsoft products.

Windows 10

  1. Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  2. Advanced options.
  3. Bật Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows.

Bật qua Registry Editor

  1. Win+R > regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
  2. Tạo DWORD: AllowMUUpdateService = 1.

Bật qua Group Policy

  1. Chạy gpedit.msc.
  2. Đường dẫn: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update
  3. Kích hoạt policy Configure Automatic Updates > tích Install updates for other Microsoft products.

Tại sao nên bật?

  • Office cập nhật tự động nhưng tần suất kiểm tra thấp.
  • Nhiều sản phẩm Microsoft khác (tải từ Store) không tự cập nhật.
  • Cập nhật mang lại tính năng mới, vá lỗi bảo mật.
