Có lúc bạn muốn ngăn người dùng truy cập Control Panel trên Windows 11/10/8/7. Bài viết này chỉ cách hạn chế truy cập Control Panel và Settings bằng Group Policy và Registry Editor.
Windows 11 có nhiều tùy chỉnh qua Settings và Control Panel. Windows 10 giới thiệu Settings app thay thế hầu hết chức năng Control Panel, nhưng cả hai vẫn tồn tại. Có lý do đặc biệt (cài PC cho trẻ em, v.v.) bạn muốn vô hiệu hóa Settings và Control Panel. Dưới đây là giải pháp.
Hạn chế truy cập Control Panel & Settings
1. Dùng Group Policy Editor
- Chạy gpedit.msc mở Group Policy Editor.
- Điều hướng:
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel
- Bên phải, double-click Prohibit access to Control Panel and PC settings (Cấm truy cập Control Panel và PC settings).
- Chọn Enabled > Apply/OK.
Chính sách này vô hiệu hóa tất cả chương trình Control Panel và ứng dụng PC settings. Ngăn Control.exe và SystemSettings.exe chạy. Người dùng không thể mở Control Panel, PC settings, hoặc bất kỳ mục nào của chúng. Xóa Control Panel khỏi Start screen và File Explorer, xóa PC Settings khỏi Start screen, Settings charm, Account picture và Search results. Nếu thử chọn mục Control Panel từ Properties context menu, sẽ nhận thông báo bị chặn do chính sách.
2. Dùng Registry Editor
Nếu Windows không có Group Policy, dùng Registry:
- Chạy regedit > điều hướng khóa:
Current User:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
All Users:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
- Bên trái, tạo DWORD (32-bit) mới: tên NoControlPanel, giá trị 1.
- Giá trị: 0 = bật Control Panel & Settings, 1 = tắt Control Panel & Settings.
Sau khi cấm, nếu người dùng cố truy cập, sẽ nhận lỗi: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
