Khắc phục Control Panel hoặc cửa sổ System Restore trắng/trống trong Windows 11/10

Một số người dùng Windows 11/10/8/7 gặp vấn đề: mở Control Panel hiện trắng hoặc trống hoàn toàn. Tương tự xảy ra với cửa sổ System Restore.

Một số trường hợp click Start > Control Panel chỉ hiện Empty, không có danh sách applet (Device Manager, Display...).

Giải pháp

Thử 2 phương án sau:

1. Chạy System File Checker (SFC). Khởi động lại và kiểm tra.
2. Nếu không khắc phục được, nguyên nhân có thể do một số file DLL bị unregister. DLL (Dynamic Link Library) là thư viện mã dùng chung. Để khắc phục, hãy đăng ký lại 3 file DLL sau:

   vbscript.dll jscript.dll mshtml.dll
