Dù để khắc phục sự cố hay tăng tốc thao tác, bạn có thể dùng Command line switches để thực hiện các tác vụ cơ bản trong Microsoft Outlook trên Windows 10.
Thực hiện tác vụ Outlook bằng Command Line Switches
Nhấn Win + R để mở hộp Run, nhập lệnh và Enter để thực thi.

Soạn email mới (Compose)
- Email trống:
outlook.exe /c ipm.note - Có người nhận:
outlook.exe /c ipm.note /m email@example.com - Có file đính kèm:
outlook.exe /m email@example.com /a "C:\Path\File.pdf"(Outlook mặc định hiểu là soạn email).
Tạo các mục khác (Contacts, Tasks, Appointments...)
Thay tham số cuối cùng trong lệnh soạn email:
- Contact mới:
ipm.contact - Note mới:
ipm.stickynote - Task mới:
ipm.task - Appointment mới:
ipm.appointment - Journal entry:
ipm.activity
Dọn dẹp Outlook
Các switch dọn dẹp không cần mở Outlook:
- Xóa cache Autocomplete:
outlook.exe /cleanautocompletecache - Xóa category tùy chỉnh:
/cleancategories - Xóa rule client:
/cleanclientrules - Xóa rule server:
/cleanserverrules - Xóa cả client & server rules:
/cleanrules - Làm mới nhắc nhở:
/cleanreminders - Xóa view tùy chỉnh:
/cleanviews
Mở & Tìm file trong Outlook
- Mở file .msg hoặc .oss:
outlook.exe /f filename - Mở file .hol:
outlook.exe /hol filename - Mở file .ics:
outlook.exe /ical filename - Mở Advanced Find:
outlook.exe /finder
Mở Outlook với các tùy chọn đặc biệt
- Tắt Reading Pane:
outlook.exe /nopreview - Chế độ Safe (tắt Reading Pane & toolbar custom):
outlook.exe /safe - Mở thư mục cụ thể:
outlook.exe /select folder-name(ví dụ:outlook:calendar) - Tự động thêm meeting request vào Calendar:
outlook.exe /sniff - Khôi phục profile/thư mục sau crash:
outlook.exe /restore - Dùng cửa sổ Outlook đã mở (nếu có):
outlook.exe /recycle
