Tìm khóa bảo mật để kết nối máy in với Laptop: Router, Windows, Android

Network Security Key cho máy in = Mật khẩu Wi-Fi Router

Máy in không có khóa riêng. Nó dùng mật khẩu Wi-Fi của router để kết nối vào mạng.

Cách 1: Tem Router/Modem (Nhanh nhất, chính xác nhất)

• Lật router → Tem dán đáy/mặt sau/bên cạnh
• Tìm: WPA Key, WPA2 Key, Passphrase, Password, Security Key, Encryption Key, Network Key, Wireless Password
• SSID (Network Name) in kèm

Cách 2: Trên Laptop Windows (Đã kết nối Wi-Fi đó)

1. Win + R → ncpa.cpl → Enter
2. Chuột phải Wi-Fi → Status → Wireless Properties
3. Tab Security → Show characters → Network security key

Cách 3: Trên Laptop Windows (Cách khác - Network Sharing Center)

1. Control Panel → Network and Sharing Center
2. Click tên Wi-Fi (ví dụ: MyHomeWiFi)
3. Wireless Properties → Security → Show characters

Cách 4: Giao diện quản trị Router (Để xem/đổi)

1. Mở trình duyệt → IP router (192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1...)
2. Đăng nhập admin
3. Wireless → Wireless Security → Passphrase / Pre-shared Key

Cách 5: Trên Android (Nếu laptop không có Wi-Fi)

• Settings → Network & Internet → Hotspot & Tethering → Wi-Fi Hotspot → Password
• Hoặc Wi-Fi đã lưu: Settings → Wi-Fi → Saved networks → Share → Xem Password

Cách 6: Biết khóa bảo mật của mạng mình (Best practice)

• Thường in trên tem router: "Security Key", "WEP Key", "WPA Key", "WPA2 Key", "Passphrase"
• Nếu chưa từng đổi pass/router reset → Dùng pass trên tem
• Nếu đã đổi → Dùng cách 2, 3, 4 hoặc hỏi người quản trị mạng

Kết nối máy in HP/Canon/Epson/Brother

1. Bật máy in → Wireless Setup Wizard (trên màn hình máy in)
2. Chọn SSID router nhà → Nhập Network Security Key (mật khẩu Wi-Fi)
3. Hoặc: WPS → Nhấn nút WPS router → Nhấn nút Wireless/WPS máy in (2 phút)
4. Hoặc: HP Smart App / Canon PRINT / Epson iPrint / Brother Mobile Connect

Khôi phục khi quên

1. Tem router (mặc định)
2. Manual router
3. Reset router (giữ nút Reset 10-15s) → Dùng pass mặc định
