Windows 10 cài sẵn PowerShell 5.0, Windows Update sẽ tự nâng cấp lên 5.1. Nhiều người muốn biết phiên bản hiện tại. Nếu dùng PowerShell thường xuyên, nên đảm bảo dùng bản mới nhất, đặc biệt trên Windows cũ. PowerShell 5.0+ mạnh hơn nhiều, kiểm soát tốt hơn Windows Server, Exchange, Lync, SQL.
Phiên bản mặc định theo Windows:
Windows 10 và Windows Server 2016 - PowerShell 5.0 (tự cập nhật 5.1 qua WU) Windows 8.1 và Windows Server 2012 R2 - PowerShell 4.0 Windows 8 và Windows Server 2012 - PowerShell 3.0 Windows 7 SP1 và Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 - PowerShell 2.0
Cách kiểm tra phiên bản PowerShell
Áp dụng cho mọi phiên bản Windows:
- Windows + R > nhập powershell > Enter.
- Gõ lệnh và Enter:
$PSversionTable
- Kết quả hiển thị chi tiết, chú ý dòng PSVersion. Ví dụ đã có bản mới nhất nhờ cập nhật Windows Update.
Lưu ý: Cũng có thể dùng get-host|Select-Object version hoặc $host.version.
Nếu Windows 10 nhưng PSVersion vẫn 5.0.10586.63, hãy cài tất cả bản cập nhật chờ trong Windows Update để lên 5.1.
