Cách gỡ adware FlashMall Bundlore khỏi Mac
Gần đây, nhiều người dùng Mac gặp vấn đề popup và quảng cáo không mong muốn trên Safari. Khi mở bất kỳ trang web nào, nó mở trang khác trong tab mới hoặc chuyển hướng sang trang bán hàng. Tìm kiếm trên trình duyệt/công cụ tìm kiếm thấy dải quảng cáo trên/dưới trang (như hình dưới). FlashMall không gỡ được bằng AdwareMedic. Cần gỡ thủ công.

Triệu chứng khác: một số từ trên trình duyệt biến thành hyperlink có gạch chân và mũi tên. Di chuột qua hiện hộp chữ nhật "Ads from FlashMall" (như hình).

Nếu trình duyệt bị nhiễm, nó sẽ liên tục bật popup quảng cáo cửa sổ mới hoặc yêu cầu tải ứng dụng "sửa lỗi" hoặc "cập nhật phần mềm". Không bao giờ tải xuống. Làm theo bài viết để gỡ FlashMall Adware.

Bundlore Adware là gì?
Bundlore adware là tập hợp các chương trình adware liên quan với tên đa dạng, nhưng dường như do cùng một nhóm tạo ra.
FlashMall này cũng là Bundlore Adware, có thể sinh popup từ chương trình tên khác như: WebTools.app, WebHelper.app, FlashMall, WebServerSocket, WenHelperApp.
Cách gỡ FlashMall Bundlore Adware?
Không cần tải gì thêm. Bạn đã cài "Flashmall" Trojan. Làm theo các bước dưới để gỡ.
Gỡ FlashMall Adware khỏi Safari (Mac OS X)
- Từ menu Safari, chọn "Preferences".

Trong cửa sổ Safari Preferences, click tab Extensions. Tìm plugin lạ → click nút Uninstall.
Loại nhiễm này có thể thêm nhiều extension, khuyến nghị xóa tất cả extension không rõ nguồn gốc khỏi Safari.
Xóa tất cả các extension trình duyệt sau nếu tìm thấy:

- Tiếp theo, chọn "Preferences" → tab "General" → đổi "Default Search Engine" thành Google. Tại tab "General", tìm "Home Page" → đổi thành "google.com".

Xóa file FlashMall adware và file liên quan
Loại adware này luôn lưu tại các vị trí sau – tìm và xóa tất cả. Cũng tìm file FlashMall tại các vị trí này và xóa file liên quan nếu có.

~/Applications- Chọn ba lần dòng dưới (triple-click) để bôi đen, copy bằng Command+C:
~/Library/LaunchAgents
Trong Finder, menu Go → Go to Folder... → dán bằng Command+V. Nhấn Return. Thư mục "LaunchAgents" sẽ mở.

- Trong thư mục vừa mở, có thể có file bắt đầu bằng:
com.crossrider
com.extensions
com.flashmall
com.webhelper
com.webtools
flashmall
UpdateDownloader
WebSocketServerApp
Xóa tất cả file trên nếu có. Trojan giờ không hoạt động, nhưng còn vài thành phần cần dọn dẹp.
Lưu ý: Khi ở ~/Library/LaunchAgents cũng xóa các file sau. Dấu * là 4 chữ số bất kỳ. Ví dụ: com.crossrider.wss1234.agent.plist.

com.extensions.updater*.agent.plist
Đây có thể là file của adware/trojan khác. Xóa tất cả file FlashMall và file liên quan từ ~/Library/LaunchAgents và ~/Library/LaunchDaemons.

- Làm như Bước 3 với dòng:
~/Library/Application Support
Thư mục "Application Support" mở ra. Bên trong có thể có thư mục con:
webHelperApp
Nếu có, di chuyển thư mục con này (không phải thư mục Application Support) vào Thùng rác.
- Mở thư mục:
~/Library/ScriptingAdditions
Xóa item tên:
BrowserHelper.osax
nếu có.
- Mở thư mục:
~/Library
Tìm thư mục con tên:
flashmall
WebTools
Di chuyển vào Thùng rác nếu có.

- Mở thư mục Applications. Nếu có item "Flashmall" hoặc "WebTools", di chuyển vào Thùng rác để gỡ hoàn toàn FlashMall Adware.
- Rồi Thùng rác.
